We will carefully look at your values, expectations, limiting beliefs and fears. I will challenge you by asking questions that make you think about things in a way you may not have before. But there will always be loads of compassion and gentleness.

I believe in giving my clients something they can grab onto. You will leave our sessions with a better sense of “how you want to show up” in life, but you will also have a great set of actionable tools to help you get to the goals you desire.

First 30-minute Consultation: FREE
The first session is casual, fun and commitment-free. Finding the right coach is like finding the right partner. Sometimes you gotta “date” a few of them til you land on the right one. It will just be a way for us to get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit.
60 Minute session (weekly or bi-weekly)
60 minute sessions either weekly or bi-weekly, for approximately 3 months. I approach each client individually and we will create a plan that works best for you.
30 Minute session (occasional)
Sometimes a quick 30 minute session is all we really need if you’re making progress quickly or need to work through a specific issue.
